It's designed for anyone who takes medications — prescribed or over-the-counter — and wants to stay informed and safe.

PharmacyAI runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 18 or later and includes an Apple Watch companion for viewing medications and logging doses. The app is optimized for both phone and tablet screens.

Yes. PharmacyAI is available in 23 languages, including English, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and more.

Enter two or more medication names and PharmacyAI will analyze potential interactions. You'll see severity levels (major, moderate, minor) and clinical recommendations. The AI uses up-to-date medical knowledge to provide guidance. Always verify with your doctor or pharmacist.

Yes. In the Pharmacy Assistant chat, tap the microphone button to dictate your questions. You can also use Siri Shortcuts to check interactions, open the assistant, or add reminders by voice. Quick Actions (long-press the app icon) provide fast access to key features.

Go to My Medications, tap the share/export option, and choose how to share (Messages, Mail, Notes, etc.). This is useful for doctor visits or sharing with your pharmacist.

Some features work offline (viewing saved medications and reminders). Drug interaction checks, drug information search, and the AI assistant require an internet connection. The app shows an offline banner when no connection is detected.

PharmacyAI is free to download and use with basic features. Premium subscription unlocks unlimited drug interaction checks, priority AI assistant, unlimited drug information search, and unlimited favorites and reminders.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Open the app, go to Settings → Premium, and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Yes. We store your medication data locally on your device. We use industry-standard encryption and do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing. AI queries are processed by OpenAI's API and are not linked to your identity. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Go to Settings → Profile → tap your profile card → Edit Profile → Account section → Delete account. A confirmation dialog will appear. All your local data will be permanently removed.

Yes. When you sign in with Apple, your medications and reminders sync across your iPhone and iPad via iCloud (same Apple ID).

No. PharmacyAI is an informational and organizational tool. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Always follow guidance from your licensed healthcare providers.

Your pharmacist and doctor have the full context of your health, other medications, and allergies. Use PharmacyAI to prepare questions and spot topics to discuss—not as the final authority on care decisions.

Yes. Large language models can make mistakes. Treat AI responses as a starting point and confirm important facts with a healthcare professional or authoritative drug references.
