Pricing FAQ
How is this different from the iOS app?
The iOS app runs on your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, and is paid via Apple's billing. Web Pro runs in your browser on any device, is paid via Stripe, and gives you full access to interaction checks and AI assistant without installing anything. Both give identical access to the core interaction engine.
Do I need both iOS and Web Pro?
No — pick the one you'll use most. iOS if you want reminders and watch notifications; Web Pro if you prefer browsing on a laptop or don't use iPhone.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
We'll email you a reminder before your trial ends. Add payment info to continue, or let it lapse — we'll never charge a card without your explicit authorization.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly: not needed — cancel and billing stops. Yearly: full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. Email support@pharmacyai-app.com.
